To get the quality of two-ply Coir yarn from the Coconut Fiber, we have to use the following Machines. Willowing machine cleans the wet Fiber. The Fiber is formed in sliver form to use the Slivering machines and to spin as Coir yarn by the Coir Spinning Machine. To get the quality of yarn the basic raw material , Coir Fiber should be good.

Slivering Machine
The cleaned Fiber is formed in the sliver form to feed in the Spinning Machine.
In this process, the machine is combing the husk. Fiber will not be damaged. So, we will get lengthy and quality fiber from this system. If we use this fiber to manufacturing the yarn, we will get quality yarn and more production. For export purpose they are using this type of fiber only.
